Description of the roles:
Role 1 is the entry level role,
ideally suited to the beginner or person who does not wish to have the technical
challenge, just to serve faithfully.
Role 2 is the intermediate role, for someone who knows a
bit more and able to think quick.
Role 3 is for those who are comfortable
with setup of the complete stage and able to (or learning to) troubleshoot
problems. This role is especially for those who are interested in moving onto the
Mixing console. This person will work closely with the mixing engineer while
learning from them.
Role 4 is the advanced Role. This person
does all the setup, sound check and mixing of the sound desk and band.
BANNERS/FLAGS: This is a role that the sound team
has always carried, since the beginning. It is a role that we won’t give up
easily.
WE ARE CARRYING THE
